All Jennies are completely identical, down to name and age.
There is supposed to be no magic in this world, yet the level of identicalness is way beyond what would be possible for normal human biology.
There are no non-Jenny cops. Why are there no non-Jenny cops?
Have tried to find any literature for kids wanting to be a cop. Surprising dearth of information on internships or what steps to take to become a cop.
Question: Do the Jennies share a hive mind? Are they in fact one individual?
Hypothesis discredited. Had Rainer help me spread some information to one Jenny, then tested if said information was available to other Jennies. It was not. Tentative conclusion that they do not have a shared conscious.
Question: What's inside the Jennies' offices?
Yet to verify; must find ideal location to break in. Goldenrod is a bigger city -- one of the smaller towns might be a better bet.
Question: What is the relationship between Jennies and Joys?
Yet to verify; Why is this world so fucking weird?
Theory: Are the Jennies in league with Team Rocket?
Observations:
Jennies seem very lackadaisical about actually solving crime.
When made aware of an Otherworlder (stupid term, find something cooler) being kidnapped by Team Rocket they made no move to really investigate.
Team Rocket seems to have a monopoly on crime, might be due to law enforcement being an extension of their organisation?

Timeline
Victim woke up in the hands of Team Rocket. He had previously been in his homeworld, then been kidnapped by Team Rocket immediately on arrival.
Victim woke up in a room containing several beds and tables, a sack of clothing, two Pokeballs and a letter. (see attached below)
Victim managed to escape and alert the Jennies.
When returning to where he had previously escaped, the doorway was hidden and/or barred.
Upon having his cases dismissed by the Jennies, victim returned to the door to collect his things and was confronted by several Rocket individuals.
State of investigation
Had victim draw me a map to where he escaped from the Team Rocket hold.
Tried investigating the door, but was caught by two guards. Was unable to fight them off (note: train up pokemon)
Trying to surveil entrance as much as possible, without drawing attention. Hoping that, given time, the guards will get lazy and I'll be able to get inside.

Timeline:
The victim runs an inn near Azalea, called the Silver Horn.
On Oct 23rd, victim made a network entry showing a rare Meganium staying at his inn.
On Nov 6th, early in the morning, his inn was raided by two members of Team Rocket who stole the Meganium.
The perps were disrupted by the presence of one Rei Ayanami, who chased them off.
Victim was taken to the hospital.
State of Investigation:
Interviewed Kazuki Hihara on the 7th. Record of questioning here
Have sought out witness Rei Ayanami for further questioning.
Perps:
Both perps were described by victim as being around 180cm tall.
Both perps most likely male.
Perps used an Arcanine, Galvantula, and a possibly shiny Honchkrow.
Victim previously shared information about the Meganium on the network. Network is only accessible by Otherworlders (again, really need better name), so these two Rockets either are or work with at least one Otherworlder.
Important notes:
The stolen Meganium was described as having one torn left bottom petal.
